About Us
Organon Trustees was established by Marc Gwynne and Adrian McKinnell in 2007. Having been Directors of a long established Pensioneer Trustee Company both saw a niche for providing highly qualified pensions knowledge combined with a bespoke service offering value for money.
Extensive experience of working directly with clients brought a clear insight into the breadth and complexity of pension-related advice required to meet the requirements of many High Net Worth individuals. Organon’s emphasis is therefore very much on providing a service, as opposed to products and positioning that service in the broader context of tax planning, where necessary working with professionals in related disciplines. In particular we are happy to provide ongoing support to IFAs and accountants as pension regulations change, seemingly year by year. The development of Organon Trustees has been guided by this philosophy, as evidenced by the breadth of experience of our Key Personnel.
